Beautiful property with excellent staff. We stayed here for our September wedding and the hotel offered the perfect blend of privacy with close proximity to town. The staff were beyond helpful, from ordering transfers, to detailing the local events around town. The only negative was that the pool isn't heated, so we were unable to use it during our stay.

We stayed 3 nights at Brilliance Suites. Lovely luxurious experience - healthy breakfast, wonderful views, kind staff. I felt so relaxed being here! The place is a little bit secluded so you can't just walk outside and expect shops/ restaurants in front of you. But it was easy to get around using an ATV (that the staff arranged for us!). As others have said, pool heating would have made the stay perfect.

We stayed here as a destination on our honeymoon in July 2023. There were bushfires on Rhodos in Greece which caused a hazy horizon. That did not diminish our experience. The hotel staff in particular Debbie were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The rooms were clean, well maintained and reasonably modern with a white render Santorini style. We really enjoyed the breakfast to the rooms daily at your chosen time slot as well as the infinity pool. It was a reasonably expensive accommodation option in Santorini but you get exceptional service and your own private pool. Drinking water is limited but purchasing more either from the accommodation or nearby shops in Imerovigli is quite affordable. Taxis are expensive on the island so a good option is renting a quad bike which is what we did for a day.
