This hotel is a scam. My flight was canceled and I contacted them to see if I could get a refund or change the date. They were no help at first. Later after lots of phone calls and emails they decided to give me a voucher. I tried to use the voucher but no one ever responded to my emails or text messages I sent with the dates I was trying to book. I would ask everyone to stay away from this place as they are scammer business.

I highly recommend staying here. Yiannis is super friendly and warm. Everything about this place is amazing, from the car arrangements to the hotel itself. The location is perfect, very short walk to the main attraction, the room is clean and spacious, and the shower is very comfortable, as the pressure and temperature were both perfect. We also had to book a transfer for leaving and they helped us book one during midnight. We felt so welcomed the entire time, and will definitely be coming back in the future. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Aplada Suites for our Honeymoon - it was perfect. Yiannis and Paz were so friendly, attentive and always there to help us - thank you so much! They reserved an excellent cruise, helped us with parking and gave us the best recommendations on the island (restaurants, visits etc) which made our stay even more special. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and the view is absolutely beautiful. Having a delicious breakfast every morning by the plunge pool on the terrace was perfect. It's only a short walk to the main street of Oia, so super convient to pop into the center without being around all the crowds. Beautiful experience - thank you!
